Abilene is a college town, which means our church has a unique, God-given opportunity to pour into college students as they live into the people God has created them to be. We provide spaces for students to connect to one another and to adults who encourage, equip, and mentor students in this crucial life stage.

We want to help college students at Southern Hills to seek opportunities to plant seeds of joy, love, and grace in the lives of the people they come into contact with. We also want to help them establish roots where they are – to seek community and ways to serve that bring God’s wholeness to the places where they live, study, and work.

SUNDAY CLASS

College students meet Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in Room 110 (also known as the College Room). Join us for donuts, conversation, and connection as we study Scripture together.

SUNDAY WORSHIP

Our church worships together each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. We are a multi-generational church; one where college students are most definitely welcomed and valued.

SUNDAY LUNCH

Each Sunday we provide a free meal for our college students immediately following our worship assembly. It’s a great time of connection.
